Notice

As a professional service provider dealing principally with business law consultancy assignments, we are ‘non-practising’ solicitors (meaning that despite any training and certificate in legal practice we do not maintain a practising certificate).  Any ‘lawyer-like’ work we undertake (such as advising clients on various non-contentious ancillary legal matters in the entertainment business, negotiating deals and permitted document drafting) is only carried out by competent, expertly educated and qualified professionals with the necessary practical skills training and experience to accept these assignments.

Our services do not come within the meaning of "reserved services" (meaning litigation, advocacy, conveyancing and probate activities under Sections 20 to 22 and 23 to 24) as contained in the Solicitors Act, 1974 and appending legislation governing the practice of solicitors.  For the avoidance of doubt, our consultants do not hold themselves out as solicitors in the course of business or otherwise.
